Timeless Tuesday: A Few Hours Late

In memory of the last time I was running this hard in July... Lyons to Sterling KS... July 4, 2005.



And I believe that was a 10K, not a 15K... what do I know about kilometers anyway? I did run it though, the whole darned thing. I ran slowly, but all the way.
