Fingers crossed no more...

We seem to be officially on the path to home ownership. Let the dreaming/painting/landscaping/homemaking games begin!!!

Will be good to:

• have hubby the extra two hours each day that he's been spending on the commute,
  
• have a little more room to grow in,
  
• get to know our new town (I've got the visitor guide nearly memorized, I kid you not...)
  
• stop bleeding money for gas!
  

Still looking at 6-8 weeks before we get there, but hey, 6-8 weeks with an end date is much easier than the last 6-8 months with no clue!!
