Sooterkin, our cat, enjoyed our tree this year more than any other soul in the house. I think every member of our household must have grabbed the camera at least a couple of times to catch that cat under the tree in all her adorable cuteness.
She really enjoyed the boxes of gifts as they arrived. We'd neatly stack them under the tree and within a few days she'd have them pushed out to the middle of the floor so that her space beneath the tree was preserved.
Even before my son hung an actual bell on the tree, the cat was making music with the ornaments… ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!
Until finally… she insisted we take the tree down.

My cat is the same way! For the past 14 Christmases, he seems to wait for the day that the tree goes up. He lives under it for a month, and, yes, he's even taken it down a few times, too! And, I've probably got a gazillion pictures of him doing all this, too, because even after all these years, we still think he's just so cute! How wonderful these cats are!
