1. Birthdays are another good excuse to celebrate the people you love.



2. Spring and Fall is are my favorite seasons because change is invigorating.



3. I feel my best when I’ve exercised my mind and my body.



4. Variety is my favorite food! I can’t stand eating the same thing over and over again.



5. First impressions are not enough to understand a person or know a person well, but often the truth to which you eventually return.



6. The best piece of advice I ever received was kids are striving for independence from day one, the job of a parent is to let them (Pat Jones, my first midwife).



7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to catching up on Smallville reruns, tomorrow my plans include cleaning out the shed and Sunday, I want to dedicate a day to just being wherever my mind takes me!
