Conversation this morning:
"It's a lot warmer out than I expected."
"Yes, it does feel warm."
"It is warm. It's 12 degrees out. Yesterday it was 7 when we left the house."
"That's a heat wave."

Mike and I had nearly the same conversation yesterday! 12 seemed soooo much warmer! I think we might see 29 at noon before the icky stuff starts back up again. Burrrrr!
Yes. That is a typical Alaskan winter conversation, but it lasts for 6 months there. We'll be out of this soon, but not soon enough. G:-)
